Peachy Keen Siren

Ingredients

•2 oz peach purée

•1 1/2 oz whiskey (I used Jameson)

•3 dashes bitters

•Juice of half small lemon

•Ginger beer

•Maple syrup

•Brown sugar

Directions

Butter your pan and add peaches, drizzle maple syrup & brown sugar. After peaches are browned and soft add to blender until pureed. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker (except ginger beer) double strain and pour over ice in a chilled glass. Top with ginger beer Garnish with rosemary & a peach.
